ExpoKDS displays orders from your point-of-sale system on screens in your kitchen. It reads data from your POS provider with your authorization and does not modify your POS data.
You are responsible for keeping your business login and kitchen PIN confidential and for the people you allow to use them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Trials last 14 days and require no payment details. After the trial, service continues only on a paid plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the billing period. Annual plans are billed once per location per year.
Use ExpoKDS for your own restaurant operations. Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with the service, or resell it without agreement.
We work hard to keep the service running during your hours. It depends on your internet connection and on your POS provider’s systems, which we do not control. Keep a fallback (such as a receipt printer) for outages.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms; we will notify account holders by email of material changes.
