On the All items view every ticket shows one chip per station it touches. As Grill bumps its part the Grill chip turns green. When every chip is green the Bump button turns green: everything is ready to plate.
Expo bumps the ticket to clear it everywhere. If a guest comes back, open Done today, search the ticket number or an item, and recall it to the board.
