Every ticket on ExpoKDS ages from green to yellow to red. The thresholds are per business and take a minute to change.

• Quick service: yellow at 3, red at 6.
• Full service dinner: yellow at 8, red at 15.
• Bars: yellow at 2, red at 4.

Look at the order-to-screen and ticket time stats on your admin page after a week and adjust.
